LINCOLNTON - Health care reform, immigration and high medical costs were among the hot topics at a town hall meeting with U.S. Rep. Patrick McHenry Wednesday evening. Nearly 500 people packed into the Citizens Center in Lincolnton to hear what McHenry had to say. The Republican congressman gave his opinion on a few matters, but wasted no time getting to the subject of President Barack Obama’s plans to reform health care.
