Today, Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10) introduced a Motion to Recommit amendment on the House floor. The amendment aims to combat the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement: an effort to weaponize the world economy to harm and delegitimize the state of Israel. Regrettably, a majority of members—led by House Democrats—voted down the amendment.
