U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is responsible for all border protection functions. CBP includes U.S. Customs, U.S. Immigration, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and the entire U.S. Border Patrol. Companies and individuals bringing items into the U.S. must often meet stringent duty and documentation requirements. Information about these requirements, help with compliance, and information about reporting violations are available from CBP.
