Washington - Recently, Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10) delivered remarks on the floor of the U.S. House celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Cleveland County Fair. The annual event was once the largest county fair in the Southeast and is still one of the largest in North Carolina. This year's fair runs from September 26th to October 6th at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Shelby.
