Earlier today, Chief Deputy Whip Patrick McHenry (NC-10), the Vice Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, questioned the Federal Reserve's Vice Chairman for Supervision Randal Quarles on the recent changes to the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review stress tests. In addition, he questioned Fed Vice Chairman Quarles on the need for new technology to help address the challenges banks are facing today.
