Democrats' Reckless Policies Cause Inflation to Hit New Record in March

The Consumer Price Index (CPI), a key inflation index, hit 8.5% in March. This is its highest rate in four decades. Since Joe Biden became president, inflation has increased every single month and shows no signs of slowing down. The American people can’t afford the Democrats’ reckless policies that are causing this skyrocketing inflation.

The Congressional Art Competition

Every year, I am amazed by the creativity and skill that comes out of the Tenth District Congressional Art Competition. This year, I look forward to continuing this wonderful tradition and seeing the submissions from the Tenth District’s most talented art students. Hilleary Wray from Newton-Conover High School won the 2021 Tenth District Congressional Art Competition. Her piece “Innocence” has been displayed in the U.S. Capitol over the past year. Iredell County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Josey a school resource officer at Iredell Middle School leapt in to action to save a student who was choking. His quick response saved the student’s life and it was all caught on video. I am thankful for Deputy Josey and all of our Tenth District law enforcement who help to keep our communities safe.
