Every November 11th, our nation has observed Veterans Day, to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served in our nation's military. These heroes have defended our freedoms and kept our country safe since the founding of the United States. Although we celebrated Veterans Day this past Friday, we should thank our veterans for their service every day. God bless all who serve.

A Tax on All Americans

More than half of workers saw wage growth this year that was less than the rate of inflation, which means Americans are earning less but paying more. In fact, Democrat-induced inflation has outpaced wages for eighteen straight months and cost families up to $8,000 more for the same goods they bought last year. House Republicans will fight inflation and lower the cost of living by ending President Biden's reckless spending sprees.

Recently, Microsoft announced plans to invest $1 billion in the creation of four new data centers in Catawba County. The investment will also help to create jobs in Catawba County and help grow the local economy. It is great to see companies discovering what we already know, the Tenth District is a wonderful place to do business.
