McHenry Holds Wells Fargo Accountable

Yesterday, the House Financial Services Committee held a hearing to receive testimony from Wells Fargo CEO, Tim Sloan. In his opening statement Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10), the Ranking Republican of the House Financial Services Committee, examined Wells Fargo’s failings and gross mismanagement, especially as it compared to North Carolina banks acquired by Wells Fargo, First Union and Wachovia.
