Chief Deputy Whip Patrick McHenry (NC-10) released the following statement on passage of H.R. 4712, Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act:

"Today—as tens of thousands of pro-life Americans march in Washington—the House again voted to protect the unborn. With passage of the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act we’ve ensured that any child born alive during an abortion is provided the life-saving procedures needed for them to survive."
