      <title>McHenry: We Need a Balanced Budget</title>
      <description>Congress voted today to raise the national debt limit to $14.3 trillion, or $121,982 for every household in America.  The vote is the third debt increase Congress has passed in the last twelve months.  Since the Democrats took control of Congress in 2007, they have raised the debt limit by $5.33 trillion.  President Obama recently proposed a budget that would add $1.6 trillion to the national debt next year alone.</description>
